Delivery Policy
ONYX HAIR & BEAUTY CREW Gift Cards
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via express post within 1-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Onyx Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.  To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Less than 24hours notice will result in charge of 50% of the service cost.


This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for - so,if you change your mind and don't want it done any more, you must let us know  24 hours prior to your  appointment time.


"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost.


Weddings Deposit

All our weddings require a 'SAVE THE DATE', deposit which normally consist of the 'mobile fee'.  If you decide to cancel your booking, you will lose the full amount of your wedding deposit. If you chose to change the date of your wedding, your 'SAVE THE DATE' deposit will be transferred and will not be lost.


Deposit Policy

If you are a new client or to secure a specialty service such as Extensions, Keratin treatment, or for any booking allocated more than 4 hours, a deposit  of 50% is required to secure the appointment. This will not be refunded if less then 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.


Our Guarantee

At Onyx Hair & Beauty Crew we will always perform a thorough consultation prior to your service.


However, if the final result doesn't present as you discussed, Onyx Hair & Beauty Crew will rectify it at no extra charge.  If you are unhappy with the final result by choice, Onyx Hair & Beauty Crew will change and re-do at the usual pricing rates.  Onyx Hair & Beauty Crew allows 7 days maximum for you to return with undesired results.
